Had an excellent experience here! Communication was fantastic from start to finish, the work was completed in a very timely manner, and the repair quality is top-notch. I scratched the hell out of my passenger side of my car and Collision Brothers made it look new. They treated me very well and they are fair with customers. I had a great experience getting my Lexus repaired here. The team did an excellent job with the repairs, paint, and overall attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of before returning my car. Words can’t express how amazing the people that work here are! I hit a deer during my summer break, and dealing with the insurance company (having never been in an accident before) was so stressful!! I found Collision Brothers through a Google search, and decided to go with them based on their reviews and I am so happy I did. I live almost two hours away from Reno and they’re not open on weekends, but they truly accommodated me as much as they could to help me with this whole process. I’m a single mother with two special needs boys a full-time college student studying nursing and biology with a part time job. They allowed me to drop my car off on a weekend and to make sure my car was safe someone that works there went out of their way to go down and put my vehicle behind the gate. The staff there took the burden of dealing with the insurance company completely off my shoulders, carefully assessed my car, and meticulously went through and repaired everything that was damaged. I drive a 2025 Buick Envision, so you could imagine how upset I was after hitting a deer with my new car…. When I got my car back it looked brand new again, just as it did when I drove it off the lot. Jess, Tanya, the owner, the body man that worked on my vehicle and helped reassure me, answered all my questions or let me just vent when I was frustrated with the insurance company are truly amazing and I honestly can’t thank them enough, or express how much I appreciate them.

I was serviced by Collision Brothers in the fall of 2025. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. I was in a completely avoidable fender bender as a new driver and was very ashamed, frankly. I went to auto body shops in town before I told anyone in my life about the accident. This was the last auto body shop I visited.

Of all the shops I saw that day for a quote, Collision Brothers were the only people to talk me through what needed to be done and exactly why. They were completely transparent about what needed to be done and what didn’t.

The car was all black, and the accident had left white paint on the dent, and I shared that the dent didn’t bother me so so much, but the white paint was such an eyesore. He said, “Want me to take it off?” and before I could respond, he left to get a rag and solvent and buffed out the white paint. To be in that situation, with the humiliation I felt for even having to be there, and to be treated with so much kindness - it is so easy to give your business to people like that.

The car came back completely flawless and a week earlier than initially expected. They called me with updates on my vehicle every other week or so. When I got my car back, it was like nothing had ever happened to it. If you live in the Reno-Sparks area, I would only go here for auto body work.
